Stop the name calling. I am not an unreasonable guy. I am definately not a homophobe. I am not a racist. I am not mysoginistic. My problem is much more basic than that. So if you are going to judge me, judge me for being a SAPROPHOBE.
That is right! As much as I hate to admit it, I really dislike, almost hate, talent that is less than mediocre being celebrated as great. That is saprophobia. Oh, you never heard about it. That is because I coined it myself. I went into my Greek dictionary, found the word for putrid and rotten, and put the word “phobe” on the end and “voila”, you have a new word.
That is all people do nowadays is create their own lable to judge someone or something. So if you want ot judge me just call me a “Saprophobe.” I am okay with that. Let me illustrate:
We are told that our current President, by most major media outlets, is the most brilliant economist, foreign policy expert, and speaker you have ever witnessed. But the truth is, I wouldn’t let him cut my grass or watch my kids for an hour. He may be the leader of the most powerful country in the world, and yet he can’t run a grocery store.
We are told that the new Star Wars series, “The Acolyte”, is going to break new ground and will overwhelm you, as told to us by Leslye Headland the showrunner of the series. While honest critics across the internet have all watched it and have said a “three-year-old” can do better than her terrible story-telling.
Have you watched any of the comedy on Netflix by Hannah Gadspy? You have to pay people to laugh, I have even heard that many viewers would rather watch paint dry.
What has happened in America is that progressive politics and ideology has so watered-down talent, and pushed identity politics, that mediocrity has taken over what once was brilliance. And I hate it! If that makes me a “Saprophobe” Than so be it!
I think the time for pathetic being praised as superior has reached it’s end. Saprophobes Arise! It is time to reclaim excellence, brilliance, and real hard work and the rare and beautiful again.
Fight! Fight! Fight!
